What are the advantages of working with partners from different countries? Well, diversity. Thanks to this, having knowledge of the country's language, particularly the ability to search for information in that language, and above all, familiarity with local sources or relevant publications in the country, offers immense benefits.
In Activity 2, a final report was proposed, aiming to bring together and summarize the collected data from the country case studies. The compilation creates a comparative overview of the burnout situation and related aspects in Germany, Austria, Italy, Belgium, Sweden, and Portugal. What these countries all share is that each must address this issue, but they differ in terms of prevention methods and internal challenges associated with it.
Among other things, we may find here that Germany experiences a higher incidence of mental health disorders, whereas Portugal encounters challenges associated with psychosocial risks and the implementation of prevention programs. Sweden, recognized for its excellent quality of life and forward-thinking policies, places a strong emphasis on mental health and well-being. It particularly emphasizes work-life balance and implements proactive prevention strategies.
