In November 2022, the "Reintegrate Wellbeing" project took its first steps, and it was all thanks to a great team and some clear goals.

From the very beginning, we knew that to make a real impact, we needed strong partnerships. We joined hands with like-minded organizations across Europe. These partners brought diverse skills and experiences to the table, making our project stronger and more effective.
Initial Goals:
Our initial goals were simple but powerful. We wanted to create a project that would help people feel better at work. We aimed to raise awareness about the importance of well-being in the workplace, support those who had experienced job burnout, and give organizations the tools to prevent and tackle employee burnout. Our goal was to create a happier, healthier work environment for everyone.
